Berkeley Talent Partners is led by our Operations Director, Jamilah Smith, a business professional with 14+ years of Hospitality and Human Resources experience, who is passionate about helping people reach their greatest potential.  She is the holder of a MBA and is “Train the Trainer” certified.

Together, with her US Advisor, LeeAnn Boissiere-Rigault, a native Trinidadian with a 20+ year career in developing some of the industry’s most talented teams, they are committed to creating training opportunities and cultural experiences for the young adults of Trinidad and Tobago.
